Leon DeMaille

CEO

Leon DeMaille is a seasoned B2B marketer and results-driven entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in architecting and deploying go-to-market strategies that integrate marketing best practices, business processes and technology to drive revenue and measurable ROI.

As co-founder and CEO of Q-Bridge, Mr. DeMaille serves as technology visionary and senior consultant to key B2B clients, applying proven methodologies to help optimize marketing effectiveness.

From 1997 to 2005, prior to forming Q-Bridge, he held Chief Marketing positions at leading corporations with responsibility for marketing strategy, product marketing, brand, strategic alliances and investor relations:

  • Merrill Corporation, a $1B+ global document management company
  • InterWorld, a provider of e-commerce software for top online brands
  • Erisco, the leading national healthcare software and services solution provider

He also founded and launched Synergy Marketing, a full-service award-winning marketing communications agency specializing in B2B technology, which he grew to $20M in capitalized billings before selling in 1997, and was a marketing manager with Vantage Computer Systems.

Mr. DeMaille is a graduate of the Hofstra University School of Business, a former director on the board of Computers 4 Kids, and a trustee on the board of the New York Hall of Science.

Phineas Gay

Phineas Gay brings over 26 years of advertising/marketing agency experience with a focus on demand generation for B2B companies. His career has centered on entrepreneurial ventures providing leading edge, technology-enabled marketing solutions.

As co-founder and EVP of Marketing Solutions at Q-Bridge, Mr. Gay serves as executive account liaison to key clients and oversees Q-Bridge's client solutions function to ensure optimal execution of all digital and direct client communications.

Prior to forming Q-Bridge, Mr. Gay's career has included senior executive positions with:

  • Partners+Simons, a full-service communications agency
  • CPS Direct, a leading direct marketing and production company
  • Young & Rubicam, one of the world’s leading ad agencies

He also co-founded Direct Results Group, an all-media direct marketing agency with 40 employees and $30 million in capitalized billings before selling the firm to SourceLink, the direct marketing division of Jordan Industries in 1999.

Mr. Gay is a graduate of Colby College, author of The New Marketing Tool Chest and Marketology and on the Board of Advisors of several innovative e-marketing firms.
